No. They do not fit penny sleeves or inner sleeves. Take the card out of its sleeve, hold it by the edges and seat it directly in the 2.52 x 3.52 inch recess, then close the magnet.

?Will thicker patch cards fit?

These are 35pt holders, the thickness of a standard trading card. Thicker memorabilia or patch cards need a holder rated for a higher point count; forcing one in can stress the corners or keep the halves from closing.
