Quick rule

Store and ship in a toploader, submit in a semi-rigid, display in a magnetic holder. A soft sleeve goes on first for the first two, never inside the third.

Still deciding?

?What is the difference between semi-rigid holders and toploaders?

A toploader is a rigid 3" x 4" shell made for storage and shipping. A semi-rigid is taller, thinner and slightly flexible, made so a grading service can slide the card out cleanly. Store and ship in toploaders, submit in semi-rigids.

?Will PSA accept top loaders?

Grading services ask for semi-rigid holders for submissions, and many will not process cards sent in toploaders. Keep your toploaders for storage and use our semi-rigid sets for the submission itself.

?Do I put a sleeve inside a magnetic holder?

No. A magnetic holder is cut for a bare 35pt card. Sleeves go in toploaders and semi-rigids only.

?Which pack size should I choose?

Count your keepers, then double it: collections grow faster than supply shelves. A single box breaker is fine with 200 pieces; sellers, set builders and dealers are better off with 1,000 or 2,000.
